The eyewear market has long suffered from a one-size-fits-all approach, leaving many users struggling with ill-fitting frames that slide down their noses, cause pinching behind the ears, or simply fail to deliver all-day comfort. My goal with The No. 2 Eyewear was to address these pain points directly by creating a truly customizable, user-centered solution.
Consumers frequently voiced their frustrations with traditional eyewear that didn't cater to individual fit needs. Many existing frames were designed with a standardized approach, often ignoring the diversity of facial features across different racial and ethnic backgrounds. Users needed frames that not only looked good but also accommodated various nose bridges, cheekbone structures, and head shapes for extended comfort and a tailored fit.
